Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

This is a reminder that the next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, August 7th at 10:00 a.m. The meeting agenda can be viewed on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village website by clicking here.

This meeting will be held virtually on the Zoom platform as a Webinar. In order to attend online, please click here and follow the prompts. Please note that attendees are asked to register in advance and use both their first and last name in the meeting. Residents who are unfamiliar with Zoom are encouraged to become more familiar with the platform prior to the webinar meeting. As indicated on the agenda, the first resident input forum will open for residents to comment on agenda items only. At this time, the Board will ask residents that called in by phone if they would like to make a comment. Residents that are attending by video/web will be asked to enter their questions in the Q&A Forum at the bottom of the conference screen, in most cases. The questions and comments will be read out loud by Executive Assistant, Kimberly Cox, and you, the person that submitted the question or comment, will be “unmuted” so that you may communicate with the Board. If you are attending by video/web and would prefer to verbally state your question or comment, you may “raise your hand” by selecting the hand icon at the bottom of the screen. You will be called on one-by-one in no particular order to address the Board.

All Attendees are reminded to state their name when called upon and that there is a two (2) minute time limit for participants speaking in the open forum. It is respectfully asked that participants adhere to this timeframe so that everyone can have time to speak.

This process will be repeated at the end of the meeting prior to adjournment.
