Greetings Symphony Village Residents,
With the successful reopening of amenities for the Symphony Village Community continuing, a thank you is due to all residents of Symphony Village for their cooperation and patience throughout the process. This is also a reminder that residents are encouraged to continue taking the proper precautions and remain aware of the guidelines issued by governmental agencies as it relates to COVID-19 for your safety and the safety of those around you. The safety and health of all Symphony Village residents and staff is the priority.
As previously communicated, please be reminded that the Association’s Attorney and resources in the Community Association Management industry indicate that insurance companies will likely not cover the COVID-19 claims. Thus, the financial burden of legal counsel, court costs, etc. would likely fall onto the Association and in turn, all residents. This is one of the many reasons governmental guidance is being meticulously reviewed and monitored by Management and the Board. Working in conjunction with the Association’s Attorney, insurance providers and applicable contractors, the effort is ongoing to determine the best ways to help keep the community safe.
Social distancing by residents not of the same household continues to be required by Queen Anne’s County Health Department (QACHD) Officials. Any practices, in or out of the pools or spa, that could potentially result in physical or close contact is not recommended and is discouraged by QACHD Officials and other governmental bodies.
Residents continue to be encouraged to review safety guidelines and look for updates from the CDC, the MDH, QACHD and the World Health Organization. Please check the links below for the most up to date information.
Thank you for your attention and continued cooperation.
Sincerely,
Symphony Village HOA Management
