Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As you may know, the outdoor pool area and locker rooms will open prior to the rest of the Clubhouse. This opening is tentatively scheduled for no later than Friday, June 26th. A notice will be sent when an opening date is finalized. The outdoor pool hours will be regularly and continuously evaluated by the Board and are subject to change as Symphony Village continues to adapt to these trying times. When the outdoor pool opens initially, the hours will be as follows:

Monday – Friday

9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday

10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All residents will be asked to leave the outdoor pool area and locker rooms from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on a daily basis so that a second cleaning/sanitation can be completed in order to adhere to governmental requirements. The first cleaning/sanitation will take place prior to opening daily.

This is a reminder that all residents will be required to sign in and out of the pool area in accordance with governmental requirements.

The Interim Rules and Regulations for use of the outdoor pool, deck and locker rooms may be viewed below or by clicking here. Please note that the Interim Rules and Regulations also include a requirement for residents to complete and submit an Agreement for the Use of the Clubhouse and Pool Facilities prior to using the amenities. The waiver is available for download by clicking here. Hard copies will also be available for pick up in front of the Clubhouse again tomorrow, Thursday, June 11th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The completed forms are to be submitted by email to receptionist@PROTECTED, by fax to 410-758-8509 or in person the first time you utilize the outdoor pool or Clubhouse. Drop boxes will be made available at the entrances to the outdoor pool beginning opening day.

The reopening of other areas of the Clubhouse will be contingent on additional governmental guidance and applicable restrictions and requirements.

Finally, please note that the deep cleaning of the Clubhouse is an annual occurrence. As previously indicated, this cleaning is tentatively scheduled for Monday, June 15^th. This cleaning will include services such as dusting light fixtures, scrubbing locker room showers, cleaning inside of cabinets, etc. while utilizing EPA registered cleaning products and wearing the proper PPE. The risk reduction cleaning completed by PuroClean in May was focused around high touch surfaces.
