Greetings Symphony Village Residents,
As you know, we have entered another Landscaping and Irrigation Season in addition to dealing with the Social Distancing guidelines due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. As such, Management and the Landscape & Irrigation Committee, with the support of the Board, have developed an enhanced online process for residents to create and submit Work Order Requests. In 2019 there were over 500 landscape and irrigation work orders processed by the Management Office. An online portal provides a paper saving and centralized data base to assist residents while improving the standard process.
Landscape and Irrigation Work Order Requests can now be submitted on the Symphony Village website by clicking here. Residents can also visit the homepage of the community website where the Work Order Request Form is now listed in the left-hand column. To use, please click on the form, enter the data, attach up to five (5) pictures that will help explain your request and then click, "Submit." The request immediately goes to Management and you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail. Please note, Management will initiate any necessary follow-up and will remain available for questions as needed.
Use of the online work order request is encouraged. By introducing this process, the goal is to improve the efficiency and enhance the quality of service for residents in the 2020 Season. As this system continues to be fine-tuned, please be patient while necessary adjustments and additional improvements are made during this soft launch.
