Symphony Village Residents:
Due to the safety restrictions and requirements in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for May 1, 2020 has been cancelled. The Board’s decision to cancel the meeting was not made lightly. The next Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Symphony Village staff continues to perform the essential functions required to facilitate the day to day operations of the Association remotely and onsite as applicable. These functions include communicating with the Board, Committees and the community regarding ongoing matters. Ongoing communications include daily email correspondence and video conference calls with the Board three (3) times a week.
Again, a big thank you to the wonderful volunteers that make up the various Symphony Village Committees that continue to facilitate Association efforts despite these trying times.
This is a reminder that, as you may be aware, the authorities have recommended any non-essential/non-emergency projects be suspended until further notice. Therefore, the Board will continue to address any time sensitive or emergency matters electronically as they arise.
