Covenants Committee February Monthly Meeting Scheduled For: MONDAY FEBRUARY 3, 10AM, CONCERT HALL
To accommodate travelling Covenants Committee officers, the February monthly meeting will be held on Monday, February 3 (not February 13), at 10am, in Concert Hall. All exterior modifications for review at the February 3 Covenants Committee meeting should be submitted to HOA Management by Monday, January 27.
As required in past years, Exterior Modification Forms are due, at a minimum, one week prior to the Covenants Committee’s monthly meeting(s). 2020 Exterior Modification Form due dates are: January 27 (for review at the February 3 meeting), March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, October 1, November 5 and December 3. The earlier an EMF is submitted the better the Covenants Committee member will be prepared to represent it for a vote at the Committee’s monthly meeting.
