Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

 

As you may aware, the key card readers at the gym door and front entrance door were not working consistently over the weekend. The contractor completing the system upgrades, Atlantic Security, was on-site today and have taken steps to resolve the issue.

 

If your key card does not work properly, we kindly request that you take a few minutes and provide your key card information to Management. The five-digit number on the actual key card may need to be manually entered into the new software system. Please see below for an example of the five-didge number needed:

 

 

Please email receptionist@PROTECTED or contact the management office with your five-digit key card number(s).
