Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

This is a reminder that upcoming landscape services are tentatively scheduled as follows, weather permitting:

Mowing
Monday, October 21^st

Aeration, Overseeding and Fertilization
Tuesday, October 22^nd – Friday, October 25^th

Please note the aeration, overseeding and fertilization of common area and residential turf is scheduled to begin Tuesday, October 22^nd, weather permitting. The service will be completed over a four (4) day period.

The designated zones for aeration, overseeding and fertilization service are outlined in yellow, pink, blue and orange on the map below and correspond with each of the four (4) days. The service will be completed in one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled for the following dates:

DAY ONE (YELLOW): Tuesday, October 22^nd

DAY TWO (PINK): Wednesday, October 23^rd

DAY THREE (BLUE): Thursday, October 24^th

DAY FOUR (ORANGE): Friday, October 25^th

If you have hired an outside service to complete aeration and overseeding of your lawn, you may choose to opt out of the service.

If you wish to opt out please notify the management office in writing via email at receptionist@PROTECTED no later than close of business on Thursday, October 17^th.
 

The common areas surrounding residential lots will be completed in conjunction with the areas specified above.

The dates above are pending weather conditions. Notifications will be sent for any scheduling changes.
