Subject: Reminder: Concert Hall Closure

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

This is a reminder that Concert Hall will be closed beginning Monday, October 14th through Friday, October 18th to facilitate the installation of acoustical ceiling panels. This work was approved by the Board of Directors at the August 2, 2019 meeting to improve sound quality and reverberation times.

Please note that in preparation for the work, ten (10) microphone speakers will be removed from the ceiling in Concert Hall the morning of Friday, October 11th. The speakers will be remounted prior to completion of the work and will not impact audio quality. Existing activities and set up will take place as scheduled.

Additionally, the October Landscape and Irrigation Committee Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, October 14th at 9:30 a.m. It will be held in the Card Room as will the Operations Committee meeting on October 17th at 9:30.
