Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The Women's and Men's locker rooms, the indoor pool and the spa will be closed beginning Thursday, October 3^rd at 8:00 a.m. for the replacement of the HVAC systems servicing the bar/lobby area and the gym. Due to the extensive nature of this project, these facilities will be closed for a period of approximately three (3) weeks.

As you may be aware, that the air conditioning in the bar/lobby area of the Clubhouse failed in the beginning of August. After much consideration and evaluation of alternatives, the Board of Directors took an emergency electronic vote to replace the HVAC systems servicing the bar/lobby area and the gym. The interior components of these systems are located in the same attic area above the locker rooms and will be accessed through the ceiling. The systems are both at the end of their life expectancy, therefore, they will be replaced at the same time. Simultaneous replacement will eliminate the need and cost of general contracting/carpentry work for a second time in the near future.

Please note, this work will not affect use of the gym or other areas of the Clubhouse.

An update regarding the projected completion date will be sent as to work commences.
