Greetings:
The indoor pool is currently open however, the water temperature is cooler than normal due to an electrical issue with the heater. The replacement part for the indoor pool heater has been ordered by the pool maintenance contractor. The part is a special order and should be delivered to the contractor by Friday, September 27th. The part will be installed immediately upon delivery and a notice will be sent when the repair has been completed. Please note that it may take an additional day for the pool to reach the set temperature.
In accordance with the Maryland Homeowners Association Act and the state statue, political signs can be placed on lots 30 days before the primary election, general election, or vote on a proposition, and no more than 7 days after the election.
The next mowing is tentatively scheduled for Monday, September 30th, weather permitting. To facilitate mowing please consider temporarily relocating or storing any political sign(s) displayed in the turf on the day of mowing.
