Symphony Village Residents:

The third party inspection company hired by the Board of Directors to conduct the 2019 home inspections, HOA Inspection Services, has completed the re-inspections of homes on Concerto Avenue, Harmony Way, Opera Court and Overture Way. Letters containing their findings have been mailed and should arrive no later than the middle of next week. If your home is located on one of these streets and you do not receive a follow up letter, all maintenance items noted as needing attention have been corrected.

Letters containing any findings noted upon the re-inspection of homes on Encore Court, Orchestra Place, Sonata Way and Symphony Way were previously sent. If your home is located on one of these streets and you did not receive a letter, there were no maintenance items noted as needing attention.

This is a reminder that if you have received a letter with findings, you may visit portal.HOAInspectionServices.com for additional information. You will be prompted to enter the address and PIN # associated with your home. The PIN # is located at the top of your letter’s photograph page.

Upon completion of the first round of re-inspections, HOA Inspection Services reported only thirty-one (31) homes in the community have findings in need of correction.

A notice will be sent when the final re-inspections have been scheduled.
