Symphony Village Residents:

The community has a lot of space that is common property and homeowners are reminded that instances of defacing, marking or changing any common area property is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

Residents are also reminded that if they have any issues with the work being done by any of the HOA contractors, they are not to interfere with the contractors but should contact or visit the office to voice their concerns. It is preferable that these concerns be put in writing so that a record is available.
