Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The third party inspection company hired by the Board of Directors to conduct the 2019 home inspections, HOA Inspection Services, has completed the re-inspections of homes on Encore Court, Orchestra Place, Sonata Way and Symphony Way. Letters containing their findings have been mailed and should arrive by the end of this week. If your home is located on one of these streets and you do not receive a follow up letter, all maintenance items noted as needing attention have been corrected.

The re-inspection of homes on Concerto Avenue, Harmony Way, Opera Court and Overture Way is tentatively scheduled for September 3^rd through September 6^th. Only the homes that received a letter containing findings will be re-inspected. If you have corrected the maintenance items noted as in need of attention, no further action is needed. A notice will be sent when follow up letters containing findings are to be mailed.

This is a reminder that if you have received a letter with findings, you may visit portal.HOAInspectionServices.com for additional information. You will be prompted to enter the address and PIN # associated with your home. The PIN # is located at the top of your letter’s photograph page.
