The Symphony Village Covenants Committee, under the efficient leadership of Irene Hoffman, has coordinated with the HOA Board of Directors to place the updated Architectural Guidelines on our Website for residents to review. This updated document will be voted upon by the Board of Directors at the January 25th HOA Board meeting. Your comments are important and welcomed prior to the meeting. The Website link to submit your comments/feedback is noted below.
In the future, the Architectural Guidelines will be called Architectural Requirements since the perception of the word ‘guidelines’ is advisory and this document is binding by our property deed and enforceable -- the Covenants Committee and the Board determined Architectural Requirements is more appropriate. Representing more than two years of work by Covenants Committee officers and volunteers and the HOA Board, we believe this document’s objective has been met to: (1) be compliant with current HOA provisions, (2) be a better fit with the living experience of our community, and (3) is less restrictive to avoid hardship(s) on residents -- all while protecting and supporting future property value and the quality of community.
To help in your review, a synopsis memorandum of the Architectural Regulations’ minor and important changes is included on the Website and is recommended reading. Please let us know your thoughts, feedback is being collected on the Website and is due by January 24th. In advance, thank you for your time and valued comments.
