Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Please note that the air conditioning in the fitness center is not functioning properly at this time. The HVAC contractor has investigated the matter and is currently working to source the part needed to make the repair. Once located, the part will be overnighted to the contractor and the repair will be scheduled ASAP. In the interim, please keep the double doors open leading from the bar area into the fitness center to allow cool air to circulate.

Furthermore, residents are asked to follow best practices as published by the State of Maryland as it relates to wearing face coverings in the fitness center. The publication states “Guests should wear face coverings when entering or exiting the facility and when interacting with employees or other guests. When exercising, guests are encouraged to wear face coverings if able to do so safely. If wearing a face covering safely is not possible, guests should increase the distance between themselves and other guests as much as possible”.
