Symphony Village,

It’s been brought to my attention by several residents and staff that we all are feeling the effects of the pandemic that we have been dealing with since March; and that we all are concerned, frustrated, anxious and more than a little nervous. While we in SV have tried to keep up with the ever-changing and sometimes contradictory guidelines from different government sources and outside advisors such as insurance carriers and lawyers, we often do not have clear and simple answers . We are trying very hard to keep everyone informed in a timely manner but are far from perfect.

If we all work together, communicate better, share solid information and help others that need it, I think we can improve.

I know many ask questions of the staff frequently and we try to be responsive. I also want to remind you to ask questions of the board and not just one member. We have different opinions at times.

And please don’t hesitate to let me know your concern. I’ve been listening to wounded vets problems for 18 years so I have some experience.

Let’s all try to respect each other and we will be a better place to live.
