HOA Inspection Services Update
Greetings Symphony Village Residents:
The third-party inspection company hired by the Board of Directors to conduct the 2019 home inspections, HOA Inspection Services, is tentatively schedule to complete the re-inspections of homes on Encore Court, Orchestra Place, Sonata Way and Symphony Way beginning today, Thursday, August 8th through Friday, August 16th. Only the homes that received a letter containing findings will be re-inspected. If you have corrected the maintenance items noted as in need of attention, no further action is needed. A notice will be sent when follow up letters containing findings are to be mailed.
The re-inspection of homes on Concerto Avenue, Harmony Way, Opera Court and Overture Way has not yet been scheduled.
This is a reminder that if you have received a letter with findings, you may visit portal.HOAInspectionServices.com for additional information. You will be prompted to enter the address and PIN # associated with your home. The PIN # is located at the top of your letter’s photograph page.
