Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

 

The third party inspection company hired by the Board of Directors to conduct the 2019 home inspections, HOA Inspection Services, completed the initial home inspections.

 

Letters containing the findings at homes on Encore Court, Sonata Way and Symphony Way were previously sent. If your home is located on one of these streets and you did not receive a letter, there were no maintenance items noted as needing attention.

 

Letters containing the findings at homes on Concerto Avenue, Opera Court and Overture Way were sent this week. If your home is located on one of these streets and you do not receive a letter, there are no maintenance items noted as needing attention.

 

If you receive a letter with findings, visit portal.HOAInspectionServices.com for additional information.  You will be prompted to enter the address and PIN # associated with your home. The PIN # is located at the top of your letter’s photograph page.
