The revised Architectural Guidelines, renamed Architectural Requirements, is now on the Governance page of the Symphony Village Website (click here). You are encouraged to review it, especially if you plan to make an exterior modification to your home. The new Exterior Modification Form -- required for all external changes -- can be downloaded from the website or obtained at the HOA Management Office. More info about this document's changes will be in the February Libretto.

It's been a team (and worthwhile!) effort to amend the community’s covenants rules. Updating established Association policies and procedures for alterations, modifications and improvements to Homeowner properties and common areas encourages harmony and aesthetics to preserve our community’s property value.
